WATER, MUNG BEANS, HEMP SEEDS, CHICKPEA, SUNFLOWER OIL, MUSHROOM POWDER, VITAMIN B, CALCIUM, ORGANIC SUNFLOWER LECITHIN,GELLAN,METHYLCELLULOSE, SEASALT, NUTRITIONAL YEAST, TUMERIC & PAPRIKA.

TO USED THIS. YOU NEED GOOD NON STICK FRYING PAN & MEDIUM HEAT. SHAKE WELLLLLLLL.

FRENCH TOAST: 1 BOTTLE COULD YIELD 6 -8 SLICES OF TOASTS.

  1. SHAKE THE EZ OMELETTE WELL
  2. POUR THE EZ OMELETTE ON THE LARGE PLATE
  3. COAT YOUR FAVORITE BREAD SLICES ON BOTH SIDES.
  4. HEAT UP THE NON STICK PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT
  5. ADD COOKING OIL , WHEN THE OIL IS HOT . FRY THE COATED BREAD
  6. FLIP IT AFTER 2-3 MINUTES EACH SIDE.
  7. SERVED IT WITH SPRINKLE OF CINNAMON , MAPLE SYRUP & FRUITS.

OMELETTE: 1 BOTTLE COULD YIELD 2-3 SERVINGS

  1. SHAKE BOTTLE WELL
  2. HEAT UP NON STICK PAN AND ADD OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT
  3. PRE COOKED YOUR FAVORITE VEG
  4. POUR OVER THE ½ OR ¾  CUP OF EZ OMELETTE ON THE TOP OF SAUTE VEG. 
  5. SWIVEL THE BATTER AROUND SO IT COAT EVENLY ON THE PAN.
  6. COOK IT UNCOVER FOR 3 MINUTES , THE PUT THE LID ON ANOTHER 2-3 MINUTES
  7. FLIP AND SERVED

 

QUICHE OR FRITTATA: 1 BOTTLE COULD YIELD 10” ROUND TRAY

  1. PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 380F
  2. PRE COOK YOUR FAVORITE , CREATIVE VEG, ALSO ADD BEYOND MEAT
  3. TRANSFER  ALL THE PRECOOK VEG ON THE 10” BAKING TRAY WITH OIL IF NO CRUST. 
  4. POUR 1 BOTTLE OF EZ OMELETTE ON THE DEEP ROUND BOWL ADD ½ TSP OF BAKING SODA, 1 TBS. LEMON JUICE & ¼ CUP OF NON FLAVOR MILK.
  5. MIX WELL THE BATTER AND ADD IT ON  TO COVER NEAR THE TOP.
  6. PUT INTO HOT OVEN FOR 35-45 MINUTES.
  7. CHECK WITH THE TOOTHPICK OR KNIFE. SEE IF THE MIDDLE IS COOKED WELL.
  8. TAKE OUT AND LET IT COOL DOWN A BIT BEFORE CUTTING. ENJOY

 

SCRAMBLE: 1 BOTTLE COULD YIELD 3 SERVINGS

  1. PREHEAT NON STICK PAN MEDIUM HEAT
  2. ADD OIL , SHAKE THE BOTTLE WELL
  3. POUR ½ CUP OF EZ OMELETTE ON THE PAN
  4. WAIT FOR 20 SECOND BEFORE STIRRING.
  5. THEN STIR IN A SMALL CIRCLE . START FROM THE OUTSIDE EDGE TOWARD CENTER.
  6. KEEP REPEATING AND BREAK OFF THE LARGE CLUMPS
  7. TAKES ABOUT 4-6 MINUTES TO COOK EVENLY
